1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Prosperly, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Description of Service

Prosperly is a personal development application that provides curated 30-day task packs designed to help users build transformative habits. The app offers both free and premium (Pro) features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. User Content

By submitting content (including journal entries), you grant Prosperly a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process this content solely for providing the service.

5. Prosperly Pro Subscription

5.1 Subscription Plans

Prosperly Pro is available as:

• Monthly subscription at $6.99 USD per month
• Annual subscription at $39.99 USD per year

5.2 Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

5.3 Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time by going to your Apple ID account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5.4 Free Trial

If offered, any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

5.5 Price Changes

Subscription prices may change. You will be notified in advance and given the option to cancel before changes take effect.

6. Refunds

All subscription purchases are handled through Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple through their standard refund process. Prosperly cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.

7. Creator Terms

Pack creators agree to:

• Create original, high-quality content
• Not include harmful or misleading information
• Accept the 80/20 revenue split (80% creator, 20% platform)

8. Payments for Creator Payouts

Creator payouts are processed through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise specified.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on the rights of others
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the service
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Prosperly are owned by the company and are protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prosperly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
